Sailors’ Society’s Durban based Crisis Response Network provides a rapid response trauma care and counselling service for survivors of piracy attacks as well as various disasters at sea.

Our comprehensive network of trained port chaplains are available 24/7 throughout sub-Saharan Africa

We liaise with other welfare and emergency agencies. Ongoing training in trauma response is also offered.
