Sea Sunday Service to be Celebrated in the Port of Durban

The Port of Durban will once again be the venue for the Annual Combined Missions Sea Sunday Service on 29 July 2018. Rev Paul Richardson, a Sailors’ Society chaplain reached an important milestone in his career when, on 8 February 2017 he boarded his 1000th ship, the MAERSK Kampala during the course of his chaplaincy duties. It was with sadness that we learnt of the passing of Rev John Kunst, erstwhile chaplain for the Sailors’ Society, on Friday, 12 August 2016, one day before his 84th birthday.
